I am very aware that it is very difficult to become an expert. Seeing from a variety of perspectives and environments. I know that there are not many workplaces I live in. But I think I can put my thoughts in the right portion. Not without reason, so far I have found several colleagues and leaders in a variety of work worlds. And I have also found a friend who, in my mind, can validate the effectiveness of my leadership style. But going too far to talk about it because of course, at this time I was still very beginner and there were still many things that I had to know and learn. The problem now is whether I am trully get the lesson, or my lesson has stopped. Well, I think  it is not wise to blame our leader or our coworkers or our work place. Because it's just starting out, it's better to look deeper into yourself. how far ?
